1. About these terms

1.1 This website is operated by Hegemon Pty Ltd ABN 51 663 194 876, trading as Big Al's Gun Supplies. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Hegemon Pty Ltd.

1.2 These terms apply when you use this website or place an order. By placing an order you agree to them.

1.3 Our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy form part of these terms.

2. What we sell and who can order

2.1 We sell accessories only. We do not sell firearms, firearm parts, magazines, ammunition, suppressors or imitation firearms.

2.2 We deliver to street addresses in Australia only.

2.3 You must be 18 or older to place an order.

3. Orders, prices and payment

3.1 Prices are in Australian dollars. The price of each item and any shipping charge are shown at checkout before you pay.

3.2 Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. We do not see or keep your card details.

3.3 Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation by email.

3.4 We may cancel an order before it has been sent to you if the product is no longer available from our supplier, if the price or description shown was an obvious error, or if the payment cannot be verified. If we cancel an order we will tell you and refund everything you paid for it.

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery times, and what happens if an order does not arrive, are set out in our Shipping policy.

4.2 The goods become yours once you have paid for them and they have been delivered to the address you gave us.

5. Product information

5.1 We take care to describe and show our products accurately. Our products come from overseas suppliers, and small differences in colour or finish from the photos can occur. This does not limit your rights if a product is not as described.

5.2 We do not represent that any lock, case, cover or other product we sell satisfies the firearm storage or transport requirements that apply to you. Those requirements differ between States and Territories and depend on your licence. Check the rules that apply to you.

5.3 You are responsible for using what you buy lawfully and in line with the conditions of any licence you hold.

6. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

6.1 Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Our Refund policy explains how to make a claim.

6.2 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees, or any other right you have under a law that cannot be excluded.

7. Our liability

7.1 Subject to clause 6, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you placed your order, or for loss caused by using a product in a way it was not meant to be used.

8. Using this website

8.1 You must not interfere with this website or use it for anything unlawful.

8.2 The text, logo and design of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

9. Changes to these terms

9.1 We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the terms shown on this website when you placed it.

10. Governing law

10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. This does not stop you from bringing a claim in a court or tribunal of the State or Territory where you live.
