1. Where we ship
1.1 We ship to addresses in Australia and the United States. In the United States we do not ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses or to US territories.
1.2 We deliver to street addresses. We cannot deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
2. Where your order comes from
2.1 Big Al's Gun Supplies is an online store. Our products are sent to you directly from our suppliers' warehouses overseas.
2.2 If you order more than one product, your order may arrive in more than one parcel.
3. Delivery times
3.1 We place your order with our supplier within 2 business days of receiving your payment.
3.2 Most orders arrive within 7 to 24 days of the order date. This applies to orders to Australia and to the United States.
3.3 These times are estimates. We will email you a tracking number once your order has been sent.
3.4 If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the order date, tell us. We will, at your choice, send the order again at no cost to you or refund everything you paid, including the shipping charge.
4. Shipping charges
4.1 The shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
4.2 Prices are shown in Australian dollars for Australian orders and in US dollars for United States orders. Shipping to the United States is free.
4.3 United States orders: our US prices include any US import duty and customs fees. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.
5. What we sell and what we do not
5.1 We sell accessories only, such as locks, cases, holsters, pouches, cleaning gear and targets.
5.2 We do not sell firearms, firearm parts, magazines, ammunition, suppressors or imitation firearms, and we do not source them on request.
6. Damaged, wrong or missing items
6.1 If your parcel arrives damaged, or an item is wrong or missing, email us at support@bigalsgunsupplies.com with your order number and a photo.
